On a mission to help other sports-loving parents use AI to make sense of football, family life, and all the madness in between. Sometimes my predictions are bang on, sometimes they’re completely bonkers—but I always call it how I see it.

With a brilliant wife, three high-energy kids, and enough sports obsession to power a stadium, I’ve learnt AI works best when it speaks your language.

And mine? Sports analogies, dad jokes, and the occasional existential crisis over Gillingham’s attack. Join me where machine learning meets the school run

About Me

Hey all! I’m Cliff.

Gillingham FC season ticket holder, long-suffering New England Patriots fan, and dad of three absolute legends: an 11-year-old daughter who’s already smarter than me, and 6-year-old twin boys who are convinced they’re the next Lewis Hamilton, or Lego Master builder.

I’ve been in IT since 2007, but not as a developer, I’m the guy who makes cloud migrations actually happen as a delivery and engagement manager (I love my engineers though!) . Basically, I translate between what the tech can do and what businesses actually need (surprisingly similar to explaining offside rules to a 6-year-old).

Here’s where it gets interesting: I discovered AI doesn’t just streamline complex projects at work – it can predict sports results, solve parenting disasters, and occasionally help me remember why the 90s were brilliant. Whether I’m analysing a risk assessment, transfer data or figuring out why the washing machine is making that noise again, AI has become my secret weapon.
